Quality, Safety and Functionality are the company's focus when building a barn.

Dave will typically meet with a prospective client, listen to their ideas on what they would like and work with them to formalize those ideas into a plan.  Once he has a clear view of what the client would like he brings the plans to an engineer and has the drawings made up.  Working with the client, listening to the client and advising where needed he puts together budgets, plans and timelines.  The company takes responsibility for not only plans but also planning permission, any fisheries issues, devising a groundwork plan of action, managing storm water run off and any/all issues arising from the property design and plan.

QUALITY

'Good Enough' is not enough.  Keeping a small, well trained and focused crew allows the company to maintain the quality of their buildings.  A Traills Industry building is built not only to last but work hard and well.  For those of you with a technical bent of mind when building a large indoor arena (200 ft by 80 ft) the building is within a quarter inch of square.  All fixtures and fittings, electrical and plumbing work is minutely planned and implemented.  The company stands behind the buildings it creates and has a long standing relationship with its clients.

SAFETY

If it's possible to do it a horse will do it.  That's the view of the company - protection of the client, the client's children and visitors and the inhabitants of the barn (horses!) is paramount.

FUNCTIONALITY

Clients are steered clear of form over function decisions.  The buildings the company specializes in are working buildings and whilst the look of the building is important, function takes priority over form.
